Co-founders, Kavita Bafana (an American) and Rachana Chandaria-Mamania (a Brit), started Little Ustaads in Mumbai in 2008 in search of bringing the Indian arts to today's children. With four boys of their own and living in Mumbai, Kavita and Rachana faced a frustration that many moms experience when searching for rich content for their children. Through the Little Ustaads Music Classes and the Namaste book series, Little Ustaads brings our heritage and culture to our children in fun and interactive way.
